The Indo-French Centre for the Promotion of Advanced Research (IFCPAR)/ Centre Franco-Indien pour la Promotion de la Recherche (CEFIPRA) has evolved Intellectual Property (IP) guidelines for CEFIPRA. These guidelines are expected to help the scientists collaborating on CEFIPRA projects to establish rights for the IP generated on the projects. These guidelines are also expected to provide information on protection of IP generated and subsequent exploitation of IP.

These guidelines have been evolved through a joint Committee with experts from India and France deliberating extensively on generation, sharing and exploitation of IP from CEFIPRA projects. The guidelines are placed on the Web-Site for scientists to provide their feed back/comments on the user friendly and adaptability of these guidelines by the scientists.
